Be Cautious with These Difficult Yoga Poses
It's well known that yoga has many health benefits -- from increased flexibility and strength to decreased stress and blood pressure to better posture and muscle tone -- but while the benefits far outweigh the risks, dangers still exist. And the more difficult the pose, the greater the chance for injury. Here are some of the hardest poses you can learn, and while they certainly look impressive, don't rush into trying them out. Try some of these instant de-stressing techniques, most of which you can do right there in your office chair. (We’re assuming you’re at work.) Don’t have the time for some of them? Try them when you get home – and do them as often as you can, to decrease the overall stress in your life. Because stress is bad beans.
